Welcome to the AAHS Cheerleading website. My name is Coach K, I have been cheering and coaching for over 25 yrs. I am certified in  USASF, UCA, and NCAAA.

We have an amazing group of talented Athletes.

Here at Altoona High we have our traditional Varsity squad who cheers for many different sports. And we also have our AAHS COMPETITION TEAM.

​

Last season the team made it to the PIAA STATES in Hershey. This year we are working towards a bid to Nationals in Florida. 

​

AAHS CHEERLEADING has many different aspects. You cheer, dance and lead a crowd. You compete against other teams, but most of all you motivate your school to support your Athletic teams.

Cheerleading is a year long commitment with many different events. We participate in school events and community events.
